Board of Directors
The Board are elected by the members to oversee the management of the Association. They are responsible for strategic decisions guiding and managing the Association ensuring that is operating in the best interests of its shareholders.
The Directors are elected for fixed terms (Mandates) of three years and can be reelected twice. The specific roles and responsibilities are set out in the Constitution.
Board Advisers are appointed by the Board for their expertise and contribution to the work of the Association.
